Refund Policy

Welcome to Echelon. We currently sell digital products and may offer physical products in the future. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, returns, replacements, or credits may be available.
1. Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Because Echelon products are delivered electronically and are available for download or access shortly after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or made available to you.
2. Limited Exceptions for Digital Products
We may, in our sole discretion, review and approve a refund, replacement, or store credit in limited circumstances, including:
- duplicate purchases of the same product
- a corrupted or unusable file
- failure of delivery or inability to access the purchased file due to a verified technical issue
- an incorrect charge caused by a technical or checkout error
To request review under one of these exceptions, contact us at support@theechelonbrand.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order information and a description of the issue.
3. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for:
- change of mind
- accidental purchases where the product was successfully delivered
- failure to read the product description before purchase
- dissatisfaction based on personal preference
- failure to use the product
- lack of software, device, printer, or internet capability on your end, unless the product was misdescribed
4. Personal Use and Printing
Your purchase grants you a personal-use license only. You may download and print purchased materials for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, distribute, sublicense, reproduce for commercial use, or provide the files to others.
5. Optional Faith-Based Offerings
Certain Echelon products may include optional faith-based content or modules. These offerings are clearly identified at the time of purchase and are optional. They are treated the same as all other digital products under this Refund Policy.
6. Future Physical Products
If Echelon begins selling physical products in the future, this Refund Policy may be updated to include return windows, item condition requirements, shipping rules, damaged-item procedures, and any non-returnable product categories.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@theechelonbrand.com so we can attempt to resolve it. Filing a chargeback after successfully receiving and retaining a digital product may violate these terms and may result in denial of future purchases or access.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase.
